Sabina Khanom is the Head of Inclusion at Aviva. She has worked in diversity & inclusion for 10 years, both in the private and public sector. She holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and uses this background in psychology to take an evidence-based approach in creating inclusive organisations for employees, customers and suppliers.

In recognition of her work at King’s College London, Sabina was awarded the King’s Principal’s Award.

In her spare time, Sabina is learning French and enjoys yoga. She is completing a part-time PhD in Organisational Behaviour.
